Assistant(e) Commercial(e) Export

Details of the mission

• Role of export assistant based in Lyon, headquarters of the company.
• Company Public Relations and Customer Follow up in coordination with the MD.
• Invoicing, Samples, mailings, and creation of marketing tools for the new products.
• Prospecting, negotiation and creation of new accounts (export mainly)
• Follow up of the existing customers, and after-sales follow up.
• Prospecting and Commercial Actions in the existing countries and in the ones to be developed. (Traditional retail and B2B operations).
• Preparation of monthly reporting on the different activities of the Company (market studies, export strategies, customers news, etc)

The applicant should

• Have excellent language skills (Fluent in English and having a very good level of French + another European Language: Spanish, Italian...)
• Have a good knowledge of the video game industry and a great interest in video game
