Key Accounts Manager - France

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for line-up retail sales of Saitek brand lines in collaboration with Marketing Development. This position will be dealing directly with French key retailers and manage the relationship with our wholesalers.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationship with key contacts within accounts
• Assess account needs and potential
• Tailor programs to account needs
• Consult with account on program development issues
• Identify and pursue opportunities
• Oversee account servicing and order fulfillment
• Optimize account performance
• Problem solving on key account initiatives
• Coordinate account related activity with product management
• Monitor sales performance and keep forecasts up to date
• Create and present PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year + experience in similar position, mass merchant account experience ideal
• Experience maintaining accurate forecast
• Working knowledge of retail performance metrics
• Experience with account planning and execution
• Experience in developing and implementing retail promotional programs
• Thorough knowledge of related product lines
• Excellent organizational , statistical, analytical, written and oral presentation skills
• Multi level communication skills
• Able to be successful in an entrepreneurial team-based environment
• Willingness to travel , mainly within France
• Possesses team spirit and a can-do mentality
